DJ mp3 App for the iphone called Touch DJ

The hype it’s making all over the world is extremely high, since it’s really the first solution for DJ mixing on the iPhone. Many people call it “Pacemaker” for the iPhone, and many well-known DJs are planning to incorporate Touch DJ in their mixes or at least use it as an idea sketchpad.

In fact, Touch DJ is a small revolution in mobile music. It really can be used to rock the crowd in the clubs (we tried that), and you don’t need headphones to mix (because you can mix visually, which might require some training, but it’s possible!).

Traditionally iPhone and iPod Touch have only one stereo audio output which broadens the possibility of using them as a DJ device. This technology is called “visual mixing” and it implies the graphic display of the track waveforms next to each other.
